Our vision is to continually make things better for our customers, business and people.
I started as a part time Sales Consultant due to being a mum. LTSB supported me in being the first part time worker to go on the Team Manager development programme, and I got my first leadership role after being with the business for two years (having another baby in between!). I then did part time management for two years and gradually increased my hours to full time as my children got older. Lloyds TSB then enabled me to do project work for one year, which gave me excellent skills to progress to the next level. I have recently been promoted to Direct Sales Manager, where I look after a team of six managers. Lloyds has been fantastic in enabling me to have a good work/life balance and saw the potential in me for my aspirations to be realised.
It excites me that I am encouraged to continually breathe new life into the way that we operate. I love the visions and values that we stand for, and it is great that I am able to ensure this is cascaded.
